Qualisys AB is expanding with three new persons at significant positions at the head office in Gothenburg. The three women hired are all experienced and with senior skills within their field.
Sofia Karlsson, will work as CFO responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, she will provide strategic financial input to senior management and play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our firm.
Sofia has an MSc in finance and her previous position was as financial manager at Edvardssonbolagen AB.

Katarina Hjältman is a former customer of Qualisys with great experiences to run our system. She will be a valuable access for the Field Application and Support team and naturally also for our customers. Working as a bridge between customers and engineering teams. As an Application Engineer Katarina will use customer input and sales information to design or re-design, develop, test and implement complex software programs and applications. She will also provide technical support and expertise to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, maintenance and often performing sales presentations and demonstrations.
She has BSc in Biomechanics and her previous position was as an orthotist and lab technician at Skaraborgs Ortopedservice.

Charlotta Smålander has been a consultant with Qualisys for the last three years. She was leading the implementation of our management system, getting our ISO 9001 certification and managing the work to register our Medical Device System (Qualisys Clinical System) around the world. We are happy to have her permanently on our team.
Charlottas responsibilities will include Quality management, development and maintenance of our management system including internal and external audits. The position Regulatory Affairs has the overall responsibility to develop, facilitate and execute comprehensive regulatory strategies through all phases of development and product lifecycle, to accelerate and ensure successful product registrations for both product launches and change management for marketed products.
She will also adopt a new role as Director Human Resources and help us make our company a premier employment destination for the top talent in our industry.
